The issue

When attempting to sign in to Microsoft Teams and/or Outlook, some users may encounter an error with the message “The server response is encrypted, but not key in pipeline”.

The resolution

1. Press Windows key + R and paste in the following:
   

   %localappdata%\Packages\Microsoft.AAD.BrokerPlugin_cw5n1h2txyewy\AC\TokenBroker\Accounts

   Click to copy
2. Press ctrl + A and then press Delete
3. Restart your computer
4. Log into Teams/Outlook!
